Description:
Tripometer Voice Edition is a simple, easy to use program which utilizes the Blackberry's GPS to calculate the speed and distance that you travel. It is designed for walking, running, biking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, skating and more. Upon receiving an accurate GPS signal, Tripometer immediately begins to display your speed and total distance, in kilometers and miles.
Tripometer Voice Edition periodically announces your travel distance and your average speed since its previous announcement, through the speaker or headphones. The announced speed differs from the speed displayed on the screen, which is based on shorter intervals.
The voice feature is disabled by default. To enable it, open the Voice Announcement Settings screen and configure the unit of measurement and announcement interval according to your preferences.

Works best with GPS accuracy of 3.5 meters or better.
Minimum Requirements:
OS 4.2 or later.
Activated internal GPS receiver that is accessible to third party applications.
Additional restriction for Verizon branded handsets: Verizon Storm and Tour are supported. No other Verizon handsets are supported at this time.
